General Return & Exchange Window

– You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

– After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

 


 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be true:

– The item is unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

– The item has no signs of resizing, modification or damage caused by misuse or accident.

– The original packaging, certificates, tags and accessories (if any) are included.

– You can provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

GOERVIS INC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

– Customized or made-to-order pieces (including special sizes, custom designs, or personalized settings).

– Engraved items or jewelry with any form of personalization.

– Gift cards or digital products.

– Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

Return Shipping Costs

(wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, transit damage):

– If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other reasons not caused by us:

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. GOERVIS INC is not responsible for loss or damage of items during return transit.


Inspection and Approval

– Once your returned item is received, our quality team will inspect it to confirm condition and eligibility.

– We will then notify you by email whether your return has been approved, partially approved, or rejected.

– Approved returns will proceed to refund, exchange or store credit according to your request and our stock availability.

If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, modification or missing parts not reported in advance, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.


Refunds

Exchanges
